We are active in the following industry-wide initiatives PAI is a member of the BVCA and hence follows the Walker Guidelines for Disclosure and Transparency in Private Equity. Focusing on shared value creation, long-term growth and the development of companies, good governance and transparency. We chaired the association’s ESG Commission up to 2017 and since then have been an active member of its Steering Committee. Promoting the principles of accountability, transparency and governance together with our European peers and investors. PAI has been a member of Level 20 since 2018 and supports the organisation’s mission to encourage greater female representation across the private equity industry. PAI is a member of Out Investors, a global organisation that was founded with the mission to make the direct investing industry more welcoming for LGBT+ individuals. Our formal commitment to incorporate ESG criteria into our decision-making and ownership practices.
